Sharing Progress on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Truth & Reconciliation
In fall 2021, the now-sunset OAA Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Truth & Reconciliation Working Group presented 40 recommendations to Council. These items were based on recommendations from the Truth & Reconciliation Working Group’s final report as well as from the OAA Roundtables summary report, prepared by NSB Consulting. The full list of recommendations, as well as the corresponding progress on each, is continually updated on the OAA Website.
